Psalm 139:14

Psalm 139:14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful, I know that full well.

On Sunday we faced the impact of seeing those around us as “fearfully and wonderfully made” and the influence that would have on our lives. The challenge is simple – don’t miss taking time to value those right next to you, figuratively and literally.

Today I would like to remind us all that when David wrote Psalm 139:14 he says that “I am fearfully and wonderfully made”. David saw his incredible value. What I don’t want you to miss is that in addition to those around you having tremendous value, so do you. You are of immense value to God. Why is this so important? Because sometimes we forget that we are precious to God. And when we forget this wonderful truth, we may make choices and decisions the reflect a view that we are not the pinnacle of God’s handiwork.

As a follower of Jesus Christ you are not only wonderfully made but a you are Child of the King, live in a way that demonstrates that to the world around you!
